The Guggenheim International Gala took place Nov. 17 with a black-tie dinner and a performance by Lorde. The gala, which was sponsored by Dior, honored Etel Adnan, Jennie C. Jones, Cecilia Vicuña, Gillian Wearing, and Phyllis and Bill Mack. And the Alzheimer’s Association raised more than $600,000 for Alzheimer’s research and care at its fund-raising dinner on Nov. 15 at Jazz at Lincoln Center.
